Students will be shown examples and research existing buildings that are being used for something other than which they were originally designed for.
Week 7
Original Residential Design
Based on the floor plans we have used this semester create your own design for a residential house.
The design should contain:
3 to 4 bedrooms with closets and a master bedroom containing a full bathroom with Walk In Closet

Hall Closet
Kitchen
Dining Room
Full Bathroom
Living Room
Fireplace
2 Car Garage
Optional
Laundry Room
Work Room
Family/Rec Room
Front Porch
Deck
In addition to your Revit Floor Plan and 3D Model you must also write a short paper describing your design. Explain the layout of your house and the exterior features. Try to use relevant architectural terms when possible.
